Vertebroplasty is a medical spinal procedure where bone cement is injected through a small hole in the skin (percutaneously) into a fractured vertebra with the goal of relieving the pain of osteoporotic compression fractures. Nucleoplasty - the treatment for lumbar discectomy
Nucleoplasty is a non-surgical therapeutic procedure for the treatment for lumbar discectomy. The method consists in reducing the volume of affected intervertebral disc by percutaneous puncture under radiological control. Eliminates the need for surgery in most cases.
